These terms govern use of layer-pulsecore.digital and paid assessment work by Layer Pulse Core.
Acceptance
By browsing this site or confirming a written brief, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services
Layer Pulse Core provides professional assessment, workshop, and compare engagements related to layer-by-layer screen performance analysis for utility apps. Deliverables are described in each confirmed brief. We do not provide payment processing, hosted software products, or guaranteed store-ranking outcomes.
Intellectual property
Site content, report templates, and our written methods remain our property. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final report and accompanying materials inside your organisation. You may not resell our reports or present them as your own independent work product without written consent.
Client materials
You retain rights to builds, credentials, recordings, and product information you supply. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. Access credentials must be rotated after the engagement ends when practical.
Liability
Assessments reflect observations under agreed devices and conditions. They are professional opinions, not warranties that every user will experience the same timings. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or delayed releases.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for site use. Confirmed briefs remain subject to the terms referenced at confirmation unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
