During engagements we may process business contact details, meeting notes, and access information you provide for builds under review. Server logs may include IP address and basic request metadata.
Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver assessments, invoice, improve our site with optional analytics when consented, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active commercial relationship. Engagement records and invoices are retained for seven years where accounting rules require. Build credentials are deleted or returned when the engagement closes.
Your rights
