Assessment
Full Screen-Layer Assessment
A complete pass through every primary screen of a utility app, measuring load feel, interaction delay, and layout stability layer by layer.
Who it is for
Product owners and engineering leads of utility apps in Malaysia and the region who need a clear picture of where screens drag, stutter, or feel heavy before a release or redesign.
Result you receive
A written assessment report that maps each reviewed screen to observed timing, layout shifts, and interaction friction, with prioritized fixes ranked by user impact.
Scope
Up to 12 primary screens plus their common secondary states (empty, loading, error). Covers cold start into first useful paint, scroll and tap responsiveness, and visual layer stacking that affects perceived speed.
Included
- Kick-off call to agree screen inventory and success criteria
- Instrumented walkthrough on agreed device profiles
- Layer-by-layer notes for each screen (chrome, content, overlays, background work)
- Prioritized remediation list with effort bands
- Live readout session with your team (60 minutes)
Not included
- Source-code patches or pull requests
- Backend infrastructure redesign
- Ongoing monitoring retainers (available separately)
- Accessibility audit as a full WCAG programme
How the work unfolds
- Share build access or TestFlight / Play internal track and screen map
